She's Alive LLC, which manages Dolly Parton's estate, alleged "Mr. Seaver attempted to evade service of process" after three failed service attempts. Its filing described barbed wire across handrails, yellow caution tape and a no-trespassing sign at nephew Bryan Seaver's home.
