King Abdullah II and Queen Rania visit Aqaba school for World Teachers' Day

King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah visited a kindergarten class at Aisha bint Abu Bakr Mixed Primary School in Aqaba, Jordan's southern port, on Oct. 4 to mark World Teachers' Day. They met teachers, toured facilities and watched training in progress. The visit highlighted two teacher-training programs run with the Queen Rania Teacher Academy.
