Israel bars Green leader Polanski after Zionism vote

The National said on 5 October that Israel has barred Green Party of England and Wales leader Zack Polanski from entering the country. It followed the party's vote to describe Zionism — support for a Jewish state — as a form of racism. The Israeli government said it condemned the vote.
