Paramount-WBD combined company to be called Skydance under Ellison and Kreiz

Paramount's acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery will create a combined company called Skydance, led by co-CEOs David Ellison and Ynon Kreiz, according to Deadline's organisation chart published 5 October. Kreiz, former Mattel chief, joined Ellison 30 September. Full leadership list is expected soon after the close, set for Tuesday.
