Brooklyn Museum opens Art of Manga with over 600 drawings

The Brooklyn Museum in New York opened Art of Manga on 3 October. It runs to 31 January 2027 with more than 600 drawings spanning generations of Japanese comics. The museum bills it as the first major exhibition in the Americas to treat manga as an art form. It follows a run at the de Young Museum in San Francisco.
