Pophouse Entertainment acquired a 50% stake in Sia's songs and recordings, the company confirmed. Sia and Pophouse declined to disclose terms, Billboard reported. TMZ reported the price at $180 million: $165 million for songs written before 2022, with $15 million for later songs held in escrow, money set aside pending conditions.
