Man City guilty over £830.69m disguised funding scheme

An independent commission found Manchester City guilty of all charges over Premier League financial rule breaches between 2009-10 and 2017-18. It ruled Abu Dhabi United Group topped up commercial deals by £830.69m in a disguised funding scheme. City say the decision is unsafe and signalled an appeal by Friday.
