Manchester City found guilty of over 100 financial rule breaches

Manchester City were found guilty of more than 100 breaches of financial rules. The judgment by an independent commission — a panel separate from the league for disciplinary cases — concerned £900m of financial manipulation and "sham contracts". The case remains subject to appeal.
