Kobalt co-founder Willard Ahdritz launches $20m music-tech fund

Kobalt Music Group co-founder Willard Ahdritz has launched Ahdritz Capital Partners, a $20 million fund to back music and media technology companies, Billboard reported on 1 October. The launch follows his exit as Kobalt chairman after its July sale to Primary Wave. Ahdritz founded Kobalt in 2000 and led it as chief executive until 2020.
