Sarandos says Netflix walked away from Warner Bros. to protect shareholder value

Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos told Bloomberg Screentime he did not regret bidding for Warner Bros., Deadline reported. He said Netflix priced its offer at the top level that still returned shareholder value; higher would have gone negative. Warner Bros. Discovery accepted Paramount's higher whole-company offer after Netflix won the first round, Deadline reported.
