MacIntyre calls for regular Opens at Carnoustie and Muirfield

Robert MacIntyre has called for Carnoustie and Muirfield to become regular Open Championship venues again, the BBC reports. Carnoustie last staged it in 2018, won by Francesco Molinari; Muirfield last hosted in 2013. MacIntyre said a steadier run of Opens in Scotland would boost the game there. St Andrews is scheduled to host next year's Championship.
