Xbox Chief Denies Sale Plans

Asha Sharma, head of Xbox, told The New York Times 'Xbox is not for sale,' denying reports Microsoft considered selling its games business. The Information reported in June that CEO Satya Nadella and CFO Amy Hood weighed spinning out Xbox, making it separate, before backing Sharma's overhaul. Nadella has since publicly supported the changes.
