Control Resonant director says omission of yellow guide paint was deliberate

Control Resonant director Mikael Kasurinen said the game omits yellow guide paint — bright marks showing where to climb or go — by design. He called it "a conscious decision, obviously" on the Dropped Frames podcast. Player autonomy mattered, he said. Overly visible signposting would have worked against the larger map's design goals.
