Manchester City found guilty of almost all 115 Premier League charges

Manchester City have been found guilty of almost all 115 Premier League charges against them. An independent commission ruled the club used "sham contracts" to disguise more than £830m in funding between 2009-10 and 2017-18. City were guilty on all financial breach charges, and all but one non-cooperation charge.
