Saracens fined £5,000 over Venter's media no-show

Saracens have been fined £5,000 by Prem Rugby after director of rugby Brendan Venter missed the pre-season launch, BBC Sport reported. Venter, the boss in charge of the playing side, also stayed silent for the opening-weekend win at Leicester. Saracens are disputing the fine, Yahoo Sport reported, with further breaches warned at £1,000 rising to £2,000.
