Beth de Araújo to receive Vanguard Award at Orcas Island Film Festival

Beth de Araújo will receive the Jean-Marc Vallée Vanguard Award at the Orcas Island Film Festival running 14-18 October, Deadline reported exclusively on 29 September. De Araújo directed Josephine, starring Gemma Chan and Channing Tatum, which won Sundance's Grand Jury Prize: Dramatic and Audience Award for U.S. Dramatic, Deadline reported.
