Meta Offers Muse AI Assistant to Small Businesses

Meta said September 29 small businesses can now use Muse, its AI agent that remembers product details, brand tone and customer questions, to manage daily work and attract customers. It links to Instagram analytics, Facebook Pages, ad accounts, Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, Slack and others. Use is free up to a limit, with a subscription for heavier use.
