Supporters' group accuses police unit of dragging Hillsborough into alcohol debate

The Football Supporters' Association has accused the UK Football Policing Unit of dragging Hillsborough into the row over drinking in sight of the pitch. The fans' group said the 1989 disaster, which killed 97 Liverpool fans, was not caused by alcohol. The policing unit said it did not intend to link alcohol with the tragedy.
