Princess Astrid buried in Norway's second royal funeral in two weeks

Princess Astrid of Norway was buried on 23 September 2026 at Ris Church in Oslo, the Royal House said, 12 days after her death aged 94. The public service was Norway's second royal funeral in two weeks, after the state funeral — the formal farewell for a monarch — of her younger brother King Harald V of Norway.
