Monster: Lizzie Borden finale unites Wuornos with Borden in afterlife

The Hollywood Reporter reports Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story closes with executed Aileen Wuornos, played by Sarah Paulson, greeted in the afterlife by Lizzie Borden (Ella Beatty) and Maggie/Bridget (Vicky Krieps). Director Max Winkler, who helmed six of eight episodes, told The Hollywood Reporter he knew the ‘Carnival’ finale ending when production started.
