Mike Tindall announces death of father Philip aged 80

Mike Tindall announced on the 23 September 2026 episode of The Good, The Bad & The Rugby that his father, Philip Tindall, had died. He was 80, according to The Sun. Tindall, former England player married to Zara Tindall, daughter of Anne, Princess Royal, described his father's more than 20-year Parkinson's disease as "brutal".
