Harry Kane says England's 2-1 World Cup semi-final loss to Argentina is his most painful tournament exit. The captain said it hurt more than his missed penalty in the 2-1 quarter-final defeat by France at Qatar 2022. England led in the 55th minute before conceding twice late.
