Netflix lands Kennedy Ryan's Hoops for drama development

Netflix has landed Hoops for drama series development, Deadline reported 23 September. The adaptation covers Kennedy Ryan's three novels Long Shot, Block Shot and Hook Shot, Deadline said. It is in development, meaning written with no order to film yet. Netflix won it in what Deadline described as a highly competitive situation.
