Weinstein sentenced to 14 years for 2006 assault of Haley

Harvey Weinstein was sentenced to 14 years in prison in New York in September 2026 for sexually assaulting former production assistant Miriam Haley in 2006, according to Variety. A jury convicted him of first-degree criminal sexual act at a 2025 retrial after his 2020 conviction was overturned in 2024, Variety reported.
