Primary Wave to manage Robert Palmer publishing and recording catalogue

Primary Wave announced a partnership with the estate of Robert Palmer on Sept. 22 to manage his publishing and recording catalogue, Billboard reported. The agreement also includes a stake in Palmer's name, image and likeness rights.
