Bong Joon Ho to return to crime and horror after Ally

Bong Joon Ho told Variety he will start detailed screenwriting next year on crime and horror projects once animated feature Ally is complete. He told Variety he has two or three stories in mind, including his long-held Seoul subway horror idea, ahead of receiving Torino's Stella della Mole Award.
