Dolly Parton estate sues nephew over alleged extortion threats

Dolly Parton’s estate has sued nephew Bryan Seaver, former head of security, alleging an extortion campaign to force payments since her death. The Nashville filing by She’s Alive LLC quotes messages in which Seaver allegedly wrote "I'm a killer" and called himself "literally an international arms dealer and mercenary". Seaver told TMZ the messages were taken out of context.
