Booker Prize 2026 shortlist names six novels

The Booker Prize 2026 shortlist, the final six from which the winner is chosen, has been announced. The list includes two previous winners, one previous shortlistee and three authors new to the prize, according to The Booker Prizes. Marlon James and Douglas Stuart each have a novel shortlisted, according to The New York Times.
