Italy selects The Spiral as its 2027 Oscars entry

Italy has put forward Paolo Strippoli's The Spiral as its candidate for Best International Feature Film at the 2027 Academy Awards, Variety reported. A commission named by ANICA, Italy's motion picture association, made the choice, with the Academy shortlist due Dec. 15, Variety reported.
