Tasveer Festival to open with West Coast premiere of Lali

Seattle's Tasveer Film Festival & Market will open its 21st edition with the West Coast premiere of Sarmad Sultan Khoosat's Berlinale Panorama title Lali, according to Variety. The festival will screen 136 films from 16 countries on Oct. 13-18 at the Tasveer Film Center, according to Variety.
