Dolly Parton estate sues nephew over alleged threats and money demands

Dolly Parton's estate sued former head of security Bryan Seaver, her nephew, alleging he demanded money with threats of violence since her death. The suit was filed on 22 September by She's Alive LLC, according to papers obtained by Billboard. Seaver was dismissed on 16 September. The claims are allegations; no court finding has been made.
