Billboard's Leila Cobo honoured for preserving Latin culture through music

Billboard co-chief content officer Leila Cobo received Fashion 4 Development recognition on Sept. 22 for preserving Latin culture through music, Billboard reported. She accepted at the 14th annual Official First Ladies Luncheon at The Pier hotel in New York City during the 81st UN General Assembly session.
