Netflix renews Crew Girl for second season

Netflix has renewed YA drama Crew Girl for a second season, Deadline reported. Miku Martineau stars as Teagan Tao, 16, coxswain of a dysfunctional all-boys rowing team at an elite East Coast prep school, the outlet said. Creator Vivian Lin is writer, executive producer and showrunner. Season one ran eight episodes from 10 September. Great Pacific Media produces.
