Drake-UMG 'Not Like Us' appeal hearing set for Dec. 4

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments on Dec. 4 in Drake's appeal against UMG, Billboard reported. Drake sued UMG in January 2025 for defamation over release and promotion of Kendrick Lamar's 'Not Like Us', which calls him a "certified pedophile". A federal judge dismissed the claim. Lamar is not a defendant.
