RFL orders independent investigation into Leigh and Wigan conduct

Leigh Leopards and Wigan Warriors will face an independent investigation into their conduct over the past 12 months. The Rugby Football League, which governs rugby league in Britain, confirmed the probe on 22 September, the BBC reported. Its board and RL Commercial's board have written to both clubs. No further comment will be made until it is complete.
