Unheard John Lennon demo “Little Girl” due Oct. 2 on Rubber Soul reissue

A previously unheard John Lennon demo, “Little Girl,” will appear on the Beatles’ Rubber Soul special edition due Oct. 2, producer Giles Martin told Billboard. Martin said it came from home demos on reel-to-reel tape and called it “just a little ditty”. It will sit among outtakes and studio chatter, without the overhaul given to “Now and Then”.
