Monaco to host first F1 sprint as 2027 expands to 10 sprints

Monaco will stage its first Formula 1 sprint in 2027 as the calendar expands from six to 10 sprint weekends. A sprint is a shorter Saturday race, separate from Sunday's grand prix. F1 says Monaco offers two different grid orders and therefore more variability.
