La Perla rejoins Milan Fashion Week under new CEO Alessio Vannetti

La Perla, the Italian lingerie house, has joined the Milan Fashion Week calendar. Chief executive Alessio Vannetti, former executive at Gucci, the Italian luxury house, and Valentino, its Rome-based rival, started 1 September 2026. He will stage a Saturday presentation of collection #00, which Vannetti told WWD is a palate cleanser to reinstate the brand's ethos.
