MoMA presents first major show on post-independence West African architecture

The Museum of Modern Art in Manhattan is presenting Architects of Liberation: Modernism in Western Africa until 2 January 2027, The Art Newspaper reported. Billed as the first major museum exhibition on post-liberation architecture in West Africa, it brings together 400 objects from seven countries dating from the 1960s to the early 1980s.
