Taylor Swift to receive inaugural Artist Director Honors at 2026 VMAs

Taylor Swift will receive the inaugural MTV VMA Artist Director Honors at the 2026 Video Music Awards on 27 September, Rolling Stone reported. The ceremony will air live from Los Angeles' Peacock Theater. The award celebrates sustained work with a clear directorial voice. Swift has won Best Direction four times, more than any other winner.
