Bonta to detail settlement over $111 billion Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery merger

California Attorney General Rob Bonta scheduled a 10 a.m. news conference to detail a settlement between Paramount and 12 state attorneys general over the pending $111 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery, according to Deadline. The same report says the states sued Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery on 13 July.
