Warner Chappell Co-Chair Carianne Marshall to exit at end of September

Warner Music Group announced Carianne Marshall will exit as Co-Chair and Chief Operating Officer of Warner Chappell Music, its global publishing arm, at the end of September. The company said the move streamlines its leadership structure. Marshall joined in June 2018 and has co-led the publisher since April 2019.
