Five Los Angeles institutions commit to Bizot climate protocol to cut energy use

Five Los Angeles institutions — the Getty, the Hammer Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and Hauser & Wirth — announced a joint commitment to adopt the Bizot Green Protocol, looser collection climate guidelines, to cut energy bills and carbon footprints, The Art Newspaper reported on 21 September 2026.
