Aperture opens permanent Upper West Side home in New York

Non-profit photography publisher Aperture opened its permanent 10,000 sq. ft. home at 380 Columbus Avenue on New York's Upper West Side on 18 September. The ground-floor and lower-level space in an 1886 building holds a street-facing bookstore and gallery. It replaces a fourth-floor Chelsea base closed in 2019, The Art Newspaper reported.
