Lancashire women's director Thorley to leave after 2025 cup double

Lancashire said director of women's cricket David Thorley will leave as part of a restructuring of the performance set-up. Thorley has led the programme since 2020 and delivered the One-Day Cup and T20 County Cup double in 2025. In 2026, Lancashire finished bottom of the T20 Blast and missed the One-Day Cup knockouts.
