CNN, Politico and MS NOW to Sue Over White House Press Ban

CNN, Politico and MS NOW said Sept. 21 they will sue the Trump administration after President Trump barred them from the White House Friday. The outlets say press passes were revoked without notice because of their reporting, a claim invoking free-press protections under the First Amendment. Courts must now weigh presidential authority against those protections.
