A judge barred immediate work on Donald Trump's proposed triumphal arch in Washington DC, Reuters reported. The order requires 48 hours' notice before construction starts. It follows a report that Trump planned to break ground without final approval. The 250-foot-high structure is planned alongside the Arlington Memorial Bridge on the Potomac's south bank.
