Shaun Edwards joins Red Roses as short-term defence consultant

Shaun Edwards has joined England Women as short-term coaching consultant for the rest of their WXV Global Series, the annual contest for top women's Test sides, the BBC reported. He will work with defence coach Sarah Hunter, starting against New Zealand at Allianz Stadium. Edwards recently left France men after three Six Nations titles and had never coached England before.
