Northamptonshire drew with Derbyshire in the County Championship after bad light and drizzle halted their chase of 349. They needed 23 more runs with four wickets in hand when players left at around 16:20 BST on the final day and did not return. Lewis McManus and George Bartlett were unbeaten.
