Red Sea Film Festival cancels 2026 edition, plans late-2027 return

The Red Sea Film Festival has cancelled its sixth edition, scheduled for Dec. 3-12, 2026, and plans to return in the fourth quarter of 2027, Variety reported. The Red Sea Film Foundation told Variety the move followed a review of timing and logistics and reflected a commitment to stage the event under the right conditions.
